We are a Partnership. We are not a business or an organization. We are a diverse fellowship of men and women joined together by our common desire to see adolescents and their families blessed and encouraged by the grace of God.
We strive to be Effective. We acknowledge that the world is full of organizations and social services that exist to help the adolescent in some way. We aim to be different, fiercely committed to effective work with teens and those who care for them. That means we hold ourselves to high standards and ethical practices, while striving to prove faithful in Christ-like ministry.
We exist for the Adolescent. This is our aim, our focus. Too many adolescents wander in the wilderness without a friend or a guide, misunderstood or overwhelmed by life's struggles. We are committed to seeing that adolescent into adulthood, helping each and every teen that comes our way and endeavoring to seek out those who don't have the strength or the help to find us.
We are committed to extraordinary Care. In a world so jaded and cynical, it's easy to wonder if anyone cares, but our partnership is held together by our genuine concern for adolescents and their families. We care about them and we are committed to caring for them, whatever that means. We offer a broad range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of adolescents and their families, services we are happy to offer simply because we care.
Our partnership is committed to significant Encouragement. The adolescent years can be scary for teens, for parents, even for those who work with them. Encouragement goes a long way empowering adolescents, their families, and those who minister to them for the journey into adulthood. Encouragement comes in a vast array of different shapes and sizes, and The PEACE Project is committed to serving up healthy helpings for all who are in need.
We are a fellowship of friends to the adolescent, men and women who work in meaningful ways to help adolescents make the most of their lives. We are counselors, ministers, social workers, psychologists, parents, teachers, coaches, professors and health professionals committed to seeing this generation thrive.
Keith Rogers is our Executive Director, the man behind the scenes recruiting new partners, facilitating our discussions, and coordinating our services. He and his wife Martha have three children and have worked in full-time youth ministry for more than ten years. Keith felt the Lord's calling on his life to do something more ambitious with his ministry to adolescents and their families, to partner with others for more effective care and encouragement. This partnership is the fruit of that vision, a commitment from Keith and a host of others to see this generation thrive for God's glory and the growth of His Kingdom.
We are always looking to grow this partnership, interested in adding to the team. If you are passionate about helping adolescents and those who care for them thrive, feel free to contact us, and we'll begin a conversation about what you might bring to the partnership, how the Lord might use you in this community to profoundly impact adolescents and their families.
